The main gateway to adult social care services in Staffordshire. Call for advice, guidance, or to request a social care assessment if you need help with daily living due to disability or chronic illness.
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (except bank holidays). Also available by text (for hearing impairment): 07814 194 111, Minicom: 01785 276207. No cost for advice or assessment. You can also self-assess online or start a referral via the Social Care Portal. If you already have a care package, contact your dedicated social care team instead. Emergency Duty Team available out of hours.
