Free national helpline from disability equality charity Scope, offering independent advice and support on benefits, finance, social care, equipment, housing and more for disabled people and their carers.

Freephone from UK landlines and mobiles. Open Monday to Saturday 10am–5pm and most bank holidays. BSL available via video call. Also offers textphone (dial 18001 first). Advisers cover benefits, PIP, ESA, energy costs, social care, housing and more. Not qualified benefits specialists. Cannot provide casework or advocacy. England and Wales only.
