NHS service based at Salters Meadow Health Centre in Burntwood helping people who have had falls or are at risk of falling. Assessment and support to reduce fall risk.
Based at Salters Meadow Health Centre, Rugeley Road, Burntwood WS7 1AQ. For people aged 65+ (Burntwood, Lichfield, Tamworth: 18+) who have had a fall or are at risk. GP or self-referral accepted. Therapy-led team including occupational therapist and physiotherapist.
