Freephone adviceline: 0808 278 7977. Lichfield office: District Council House, Frog Lane, WS13 6YU (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Burntwood office: Wade House, 7 Cannock Rd, WS7 1JS. Currently mostly telephone appointments, some face-to-face at Lichfield. Both offices wheelchair accessible. Specialist welfare benefits, debt, and housing advice available.
